On My Mind
a portfolio of my graduate school work and some professional content
In the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, I saw many of my friends looking for help in how they could pivot in their careers. This playbook is a result of the common themes, advice, and tools I have used or recommended through my career, and especially during the pandemic.

After a colleague told me about the ABC News investigative podcast The Dropout, I’d been interested in this case and its effect on the industry as a whole. As someone who works in medical diagnostics, I thought it was important and pertinent to study Theranos through a series of frameworks within the context of the course.
For my Strategic Communications course, I researched pre-employment personality tests, and how including them in the hiring process drastically limits an organization’s ability to develop a robust, diverse, and productive culture.
